A singular headquarters opportunity within a reimagined industrial building in Barcelona’s 22@ district.
Concept
NAU 164 transforms a former industrial structure into a boutique headquarters opportunity defined by space, materiality and natural light.
The project preserves the building’s architectural character through long-span timber trusses, generous interior volume and a calm material palette of wood, white brick and glass.
Future occupants will have the opportunity to adapt selected layouts and installations during the design phase.
Spatial Identity
The architectural proposal combines industrial memory with contemporary craftsmanship, offering a workspace designed around light, proportion and atmosphere.
Early Opportunity
The current development phase allows selected customization of layouts, workplace configurations and technical installations for the future tenant.
