NAU 164
Barcelona 22@

A contemporary workspace shaped by timber, light and industrial heritage.

A singular headquarters opportunity within a reimagined industrial building in Barcelona’s 22@ district.

Concept

An industrial volume reinterpreted for contemporary work.

NAU 164 transforms a former industrial structure into a boutique headquarters opportunity defined by space, materiality and natural light.

The project preserves the building’s architectural character through long-span timber trusses, generous interior volume and a calm material palette of wood, white brick and glass.

Future occupants will have the opportunity to adapt selected layouts and installations during the design phase.
